So I wrote this on fb a while ago...then reposted because i thought it was funny....now i have made some edits in red to change some facts that have changed over time...enjoy!! Alright...also had some font issues while i was typiing and now im too tired to care so enjoy what you can lol


1.) I love random facts about people! the question game is my favorite game to play! Still remains!2.) New Years and Superbowl are my favorite Holidays>>> Don't question my authority! Still True as well!
3.) New discovery...I talk in my sleep. Full conversations, with my eyes open! I EVEN MADE A PHONE CALL ONCE, ON MY HAND PHONE! You'll have to ask my roommates about this one, but im pretty sure it's still true.

4.) Sorry Matty! I love my job at Cheesecake Factory...most of the time, well on the days that Abe does not come in. I just hate the drive out there. Don't even work there anymore...but my other job is pretty entertaining at least.

5.) I want to help plan the Grammys. I'm gonna do it! Plans have changed slightly...i really just wanna travel the world now!

6.) I know everbody thinks I like to talk....but its really just that I like to make people laugh, I love the sound of laughter more than the sound of my own voice. Honestly don't think anyone will believe that one but it's true...a blessing and a curse!7.) Galaxy Quest is the BEST movie in the world! It is pretty funny and does deserve more glory...but i would also like to add the gloriless megamind and rio!
8.) 4 months ago, I pushed my sister down the stairs in a box, it seemed like a good idea at the time... until it flipped and took out my mom, she was angry but at least Lauren didn't break her neck.This is now about 4 years ago and a story that i shared during the toast at my beautiful sisters wedding!
9.) I'm still afraid of the dark...but I watch as many scary movies as possible. So true it's not even funny. My roommate works nights now so sometimes the light will stay on until she gets home- i stated tonight that i assume everything is haunted that way it's less surprising if it actually is haunted...right?10.) I ended up in the hospital on new years because of stupid Carl's Jr. what a life ruining evening!
11.)In sixth grade on occupation day,( I was Oprah) I was wearing heels and I tripped down a flight of stairs and had to limp the rest of the way to choir practice. And that didnt stop me from wearing heels more ?



12.) I have a list of 30 things I need to do before I turn 21...I've only done 3. I now have a list of a little over 100 to do before i die :) didnt finish the first one....there are som roll over goals!
13) I'm afraid of slip n' slides: I tried to go on my back once and slammed my head on the ground...bad idea! Wish i had been addicted to americas funn

15.) In elementary school I started taking flute lessons. At my first little concert I got on stage and forgot how to read music so I just played what I could remember from the piece. I was on stage for about 2 min, playing the first 2 lines of the Titanic song over and over and over. My mom and my sister laughed at me even though I cried, thats probably why I still dont like them now! I wasn't traumatized by the oprah heels thing but this totally messed me up!!!
16.) I really really want to go to Kenya this summer with HOPE. I'm very excited! Ended up going to London with HOPE instead...pretty amazing time!!!
17.) I don't like how tall I am but i wear high heels anyway because they're cute. Still totally wear them!they can make any outfit amazing and i feel like short girls shouldnt be the only ones with this opportunity.

18) I watch The Hills and The City...not because I think the people are interesting, but because I want their jobs, they get to plan Special Events! Mainly Heidi, i need to do an internship where she works! Applied for a job at sbe...nothing happened...but then they had that whole season finally of the city where it was all fake...provided i didnt watch the show then and don't have tv now...but i heard about it, and i think i was
actually an intern at mtv when that all went down :)
19.) I swear it is my Dad's main goal in life to bug me. I'm sure we've all heard him call me "Britt Britt" not just that, he pinches my cheeks and pulls my hair and sticks his finger in my ear...apparently he thinks he's a 10 yr old boy. This will never change. I love my dad sooo very much!


20.) I have Cactus Cooler and Hot Tamales when I'm sad or upset and I drink apple juice when I'm sick.

21.) When I was little my favorite tv shows were Rescue 911 and Unsolved Mysteries....I was a very strange child. Can't seem to get into unsolved mysteries anymore....and apparently i was the only person (for sure the only 5 yr old) who liked rescue 911

22.) I once left my ATM card in the drive up machine apparently it sucks it back in and u have to go in the bank the next day to get it, later that day I tried to pull away from the gas station nozzel still in my car. It disconnected the whole thing from the pump...that was a fun day. A series of unfortunate events that only I would be able to laugh at :)

23.) Have you ever played Hide and go Seek in Costco. Best game ever! Pounce (card game) also amazing

24.) The sound of nails on a chalkboard doesn't bother me...but the sound of nails scratching a seat belt, or the sound of a peach on a napkin drive me crazy....and I swear these things make sounds, nobody believes me! Still applies...but have you ever rubbed 2 "Mr. Clean Magic Erasers" together....kill me now...did it on accident but it was horrible!
25.) This was really hard to do. I don't even have 25 random facts about myself. Whoever reads this is my new favorite person....or they are just really bored! Still really Hard!!!

Entertaining Freak Show

My roommate loses things everyday. she lost her key today...the first problem might be that its not on a key ring...its just a single key! she lost her phone charger so i gave her an extra one i had and she loses and finds that like every other week. this girl cracks me up and we never have a dull moment.

Today I feel annoyed with people, the freak show that i enjoy at work.I'm annoyed with talking and eating, and breathing and basically existing. I think that maybe people should not come and eat at my restaurant and maybe i wouldnt want to hit them in the back of the head with my drink tray. This woman ordered humus today and the guy with her ordered a chinese chicken salad. i turn and go directly to the computer to input said order when i feel a tap on my shoulder "can i get my dressing on the side" ....."of you humus or of his chinese chicken salad mam?" ..."OH! I didn't order a salad?" ..."no, you just ordered the humus, did you mean to add a salad?"...." No,  sorry nevermind."  WHHAATTT lady seriously....you just placed your order 23 seconds ago space cadet!

I have a loaner phone from best buy right now because i sent my phone out for some repairs...its a flip phone, i have always loved flip phones....just about every 18 min i check my flip phone to see if anyone has called or texted...nobody ever does but i just love flipping it open- its quite addicting...like holding the crackberry i used to make fun of people that always had those in their hands, but now i love it.

But seriously though I am soo very annoyed today. There is a desk in the loft of our condo so i claimed it and put some books and my computer at it...but there is no chair so i sit on this half deflated exercise ball....which is supposed to be good but it just makes my back hurt.  I just checked my phone...nobody has texted me :)

I love my big sister! I miss her, she lives in virginia with her husband now...my brother in law! here is a picture from 4th of July where wwe both showed up in big sun hats! We're kind of like a show I suppose, other people enjoy watching this freak show :)))

The Game

My roommates thought he trash guy would come get our tree so they put it out with the trash on thursday....the trash man left the tree so it embarassingly sat half in the middle of the street until yesterday when they took it to a pile of xmas trees at the appartments across the street....hopefully someone will get those.

Last night at my restaurant it was sooo busy! i wasnt even supposed to be there but i offered to stay and help good thing! i got tripple sat with 2 parties of 9 (one of which was my regional manager and her family) and a party of 6...meanwhile i'm helping the take out guy who I'm pretty sure was about to cry because he had an insane amout of orders...we all survived, I got overtime and stayed an hour after i clocked out to help other people with their sidework. fun night

Alright, it is officially the second day of 2012 and I have done pretty much nothing today :) Not true I got some time to sit and chat some Jesus chat with my rommates and that was pretty awesome and then i went on ebay to see about this whole insanity workout that is a mini craze at work....when i was about to purchase it  i called my sister to tell her about this amazing game (that i will describe later) she told me that she had the insanity workout and p-90x that her and her hubby never use, so now i get it for free.

So i call my mom to aske her a question and she asks if i would like to play "The Game" and of course im down for fun!

She explains:

"heres the game... your'e winning. If you think about 'The Game' then you're out! and you have to txt everyone that you know who is playing and tell them you're out. Then it starts over" Crazayy...but i'm in. Hang up with my mom...

what a crazy lady let me see about this workout dvd....oh maybe my roomates want to play this stupid game *thought about it, im out...txt mom cousin and brother but tell my roommates anyway and they dont like it. back to searching ebay... hey maybe my sister wants to play the game *thought about it, im out....txt mom cousin brother dad....hey maybe my blog wants to hear about this stupid game * thought about it, im out!
 I think i could play this forever.

2012 resolutions that i might keep!

Today is the last day of 2011 ahhhh!!! i am seriously so excited for 2012!!! so many new things...and so many things to blog about, i hope you guys are excited for this because i might actually blog more than 4 times this coming year...and i sure do have a lot to say, on a good day anyways. so if you read my past entries you will find that i am not good at all at keeping up with things, but this is okay because that is 2011 brittani....actually that is 1988-2011 brittani...2012 brit is different, or at least going to try to be :)

So New Years Resolutions, thats what this post dares to be about, i wonder if I'll keep them this year...hopefully i do, i figure a blog is a good place to start then i can keep track at how horrible i am at this whole resolution thing. So I have several goals this year. #1 to grow closer to God, #2 Hopefully this will be the last time that weight loss is an actual resolution becaused i pretty much hate it, #3Vacations- go on them. IIf all goes as planned, I will be sharing what I learned with God, how my workout went and different places that I would like to travel to and maybe little snippets about them :) and when you are lucky bloggie, you will get a story from my day yayy!!!

I think those are pretty solid resolutions they have a lot of backbone and passion and I've been thinking about them for a while.

Now my dearest blog that nobody will ever read- I hope to share with you most of what I am feeling and most of how i am doing because lets be honest, not everyone wants to hear everything about my life, not even you bloggie. alright, lets just get started!

Very proud of myself and very disgusted

This is a boring day. I have been kicked out of every room in my house because everyone else is sitting around being boring too. so now im chillin...posting on a blog that i havent posted on in 6 months. I was in a wedding this saturday yayyy for Brian and Maritza!!! well during the outside and freezing cold ceremony, i felt something wet on my leg so i looked down and was completely freaked out by what I thought was a giant spider on my leg. I maintained composure and kicked it off. As it hit the ground with a thud i was surprised to find that it was in fact a snail and not a spider ahhhh! so disgusting. But i kept composure because it was a very important part of the ceremony...anyways im very proud of myself and very disgusted.

I wish i had something different to do right now. something to be amazed by. something that made me smile everyday... but i dont. sometimes i think its just me and my attitude towards things. and sometimes i think its the fact that my life is actually boring and uninteresting. how can you compare. how do you know if your life is interesting or not. Facebook makes things worse. people only post the highlights so it seems as though everyone has these amazing lives and it just makes me think that mine is lame and not worth posting anything about. I guess i dont have much to complain about though. i love my family. i have amazing parents that would do anything for me. Also i really like my sister sometimes. we still talk to each other almost everyday even though shes amrried and in virginia now.

I just wanna travel the world. that would make life interesting to me. As much as i complained about my receptionist job, i really did love the peiople that i worked with. and even though there was a long drive which made the job seem even harder, at least i had something to share about. Serving pizzas to angry hungry picky people is far worse than that.

i really wish i were good at running or at least had some good running shoes. but on a better note, my calf muscles look really good :)

i moved into the household and we have no idea how to arrange the furniture in my room. there are just a lot of cabinets..too many for the no wall space that we have :(

i am never home and this whole work during the week and never get a day off is really starting to get to me, i am soo not used to having no freedom to do anything. people are starting to go to the beach and have fun, but now that i think about it maybe i dont belong there just yet so this might be a good thing.

i really enjoy the fact that i get to come to work and be on a set schedule and i come to the gym everyday and i have a routine, i think thats good for me. although i wish i could spend more time with world ventures and actually go on a dreamtrip at some point in my life.

i hope they open disney studios in santa clarita soon, how fun would that be.

this is all just a random collection of my random thoughts...very uninteresting today i think, but i'm bored so i keep typing. i spent this weekend with kelsey and keith michael, i miss spending time with my family, im not going to be able to do as much with them now that i have this new job that stinks kinda. i cant wait til' the crawfish boil i am soooo stoked.

maybe if something interesting happens today i'll add it, but until then...

i got pee on me

#1 yesterday i went to the bathroom at work...on the girls side of the building so i thought everything would be pretty and nice and shiny...{just a side story: "the boys kitchen" as i refer to it has been smelling like urine all week, then i discovered the little mouse bathroom on the second shelf where they keep oatmeal that nobody (except the mouse) eats and water bottles that nobody uses. anyways i kind of cleaned the mouse bathroom and called it a day, this mouse and i have some history, but back to the original story}  as i was sitting there using the restroom i noticed that there was some urine on the outside of the toilet...strange how does that even happen? i wonder??? one of the 15 boys that i work with must have used the bathroom on my side of the building... (this is soo not allowed anymore) anyways i continued on with my current task and when i got up to wash my hands i looked back and realized not only was there some pee on the toilet bowl, but it was also on the ground! the exact area of the ground where my shorts had just grazed! ya i was panicked too. in HORROR i reached my hand down to the bottom of my shorts to discover that not only was there pee on my shorts, but it was someone elses pee...and i was grabbing it with my hand!!! eww boys are banded from the girls side of the building from now on!!! luckily it was the end of the day so i got to go home but i changed into my gym pants because i was not about the drive home in pee-pee shorts.

#2 tuesday at church i was in the 2-3 yr old class and i was taking one of the little girls to the bathroom. for some reason kids only feel the need to wipe the back and not the front even if they dont poop. so i said hey wait you have to wipe the front, as i reached across her to get her some more (fresh) toilet paper for her she took the toilet paper that she had used to wipe the back to wipe the front...not only was this unsanitary for her, but it was bad for me as half of the toilet paper that she had used had fallen into the toilet and been soaked with pee/toilet water. and as she flicked to reuse this disgustingly dampened toilet paper, it slapped me in the arm.

pee loves to be on me... especially  other peoples pee.
